EPPE appointed new CFO and members of the Board of Directors

With effective date 1st June 2020, several personal changes took place in EP Power Europe (“EPPE”). Filip Bělák was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the EPPE Group and Member of the Board of Directors of EPPE. At the same time, Filip Bělák is leaving the position of Group Finance Director in EP Infrastructure (“EPIF”), in which he fundamentally contributed to distinguish EPIF as one of the leading infrastructure group in Europe. In EPPE, he will be primarily responsible for controlling, risk management, liquidity management, credit and ESG ratings and investors relations.
The Board of Directors of EPPE will be also complemented by Gary Mazzotti who comes to EPPE as an independent non-executive director with focus among others on insurance, investor relations and relationship with rating agencies, in which he is largely experienced and uses his knowledge in the similar function in EPIF.
