Enecogen is a natural gas fired combined cycle power plant (CCGT) using two Siemens SGT5-4000F gas turbines located in Port of Rotterdam (Europoort area), the Netherlands. The plant achieved CoD in November 2011. In September 2018, construction of a Black start facility was successfully completed at the site, enabling the plant to provide black start services to TenneT, the Dutch grid operator.
