EP Power Europe (EPPE) is a unique energy utility, focusing mainly on the power generation from conventional and renewable sources.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the company is also active in coal mining and commodity trading. EPPE operates on several European markets of which main one are Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, France and the Czech republic.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within its balanced portfolio of natural gas, coal, solar, wind and biomass fuelled power plants, EPPE manages a total installed capacity of more than 12 GWe.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

EPPE is a subsidiary of Energetick\u00fd a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd holding (EPH)<\/a> and was<\/span> founded<\/span> during 2016 by grouping<\/span> several<\/span> European<\/span> assets<\/span> into<\/span> one<\/span> subsidiary. The<\/span> group<\/span> gradually<\/span> grows<\/span> through<\/span> new<\/span> acquisitions and now<\/span> ranks, based on the<\/span> installed<\/span> capacity, among<\/span> the top 10 largest<\/span> European<\/span> energy<\/span> companies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting stability of<\/span> local<\/span> power<\/span> grids, EPPE owns and operates a fleet<\/span> of natural gas<\/span> power<\/span> plants in Western and South<\/span> Europe (the UK, Ireland, the<\/span> Netherlands and Italy). EPPE\u2019s<\/span> conventional<\/span> gas<\/span> power<\/span> fleet has been<\/span> gradually<\/span> supplemented by renewable<\/span> sources<\/span> since<\/span> the<\/span> group\u2019s establishment, with biomass power plants and wind and solar parks having increasing<\/span> share on EPPE\u2019s current energy mix. Through a subsidiary EP New Energy, EPPE is active in development of new renewable projects, with significant pipeline of projects being currently under development.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through its wholly owned trading subsidiaries EP Resources<\/a> and EP Commodities<\/a> the EPPE is also present on european commodities market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

EPPE\u2019s assets portfolio also includes\u202fMIBRAG<\/a>, which is the third largest German mining company, operating cogeneration plants and a wind farm.
